This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, design-forward environment and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. You’ll execute a refined cocktail program with precision while bringing your own warmth and personality to the bar.   Key Responsibilities   Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail   Execute a curated cocktail menu featuring classic builds and seasonal offerings   Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest   Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service   Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations   Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations   Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards   Qualifications   2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale bar or restaurant   Strong knowledge of Japanese cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer   Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming guest experience   Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment   Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset   Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays   What We Offer   Competitive hourly pay + tips   Opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality group   A collaborative, design-driven work environment   Employee dining perks across Method Co.
