  We’re a multiple award-winning employer in a luxury senior living community, featuring multiple restaurants and a scratch kitchen, seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Barback to join our team. In this role, you’ll support bartenders in delivering an exceptional dining and beverage experience by assisting with bar setup, beverage preparation, and maintaining an efficient, organized service area. We offer a competitive hourly rate (no reliance on tips), along with medical and dental insurance options, Paid Time Off, a 401(k), and additional on-the-job perks.  QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Required: 3 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist Highschool diploma or equivalent Inventory Management Recipe and Menu creation Knowledgeable in Point of Sale and Inventory Management Systems English language proficiency Preferred: Supervisor experience Mixology or Bartending Certification   The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions.
