As Banqueting Manager, you will oversee all banquet, conference, and event operations, ensuring seamless execution of functions ranging from private celebrations to large-scale corporate events. You will lead a dynamic team and work closely with multiple departments to guarantee flawless service delivery in a luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute all banquet and event operations to the highest service standards. Lead and manage the banqueting team to ensure efficient and professional service delivery. Liaise with clients, event planners, and internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met. Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring attention to detail at every stage. Ensure high standards of food and beverage service during all functions and events. Manage staffing schedules, event logistics, and operational resources effectively. Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve any service issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
