Description
Freeda offers a range of services for women and their children suffering from domestic abuse which includes the provision of a 24/7 helpline and safe house as well as the running of an Outreach service and Child & Young People services. The purpose of this role is to support, empower and safeguard female survivors of domestic abuse and their children by offering them advice, guidance and emotional support. This role provides flexible rota cover, with a particular focus on evening (night shift) and weekend (day and night shift) working to ensure continuity of support during out-of-hours periods.
