JASARA is a project management company operating in the construction sector, supporting complex projects through structured delivery, strong operational controls, and scalable business processes. This role sits at the intersection of procurement operations, platform enablement, and data management, helping strengthen the systems and reporting needed to support consistent execution and compliance. As B2B Platform & Data Lead, you will help shape and support the digital procurement environment that underpins supplier engagement, catalogue readiness, and reporting visibility. You will play a central role in connecting procurement operations with data accuracy, platform adoption, and cross-functional coordination, contributing to efficient workflows and informed decision-making across the business. Responsibilities Coordinate B2B platform readiness activities and supplier catalogue enablement. Support SAP Ariba or equivalent platform setup, supplier onboarding and catalogue data governance. Develop procurement dashboards, data models, KPI reports and savings reports. Define data capture requirements for MPA suppliers, call-offs, prices, catalogues and category reporting. Work with procurement, IT, finance and suppliers to improve digital workflow adoption. Maintain data quality, master data integrity and reporting consistency. Requirements Minimum Requirements 5+ years experience in procurement systems, ERP platforms, data analytics, catalogue management or procurement reporting. Experience with SAP Ariba or an equivalent platform, ERP procurement modules, Power BI, Excel or similar tools. Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, or a related discipline. Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments. Strong stakeholder management, experience applying procurement governance, catalogue data governance and master data controls, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records. Experience applying KPI reporting standards and savings reporting practices. Experience working with procurement, IT, finance and suppliers to support digital workflow adoption.
