In this role, you will engage with qualified business prospects, conduct discovery and sales conversations, address client needs, and confidently close deals for our services. You will work closely with the appointment-setting and sales teams to convert opportunities into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator with excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and demonstrates strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken , as you will be working with a diverse international client base. Requirements Proven experience as a B2B Closer, Account Executive, Appointment Setter , or in a similar client-facing sales role Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities Confident in handling objections, leading sales conversations, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism Highly organized with strong time-management, follow-up, and prioritization skills Self-motivated, able to work independently, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools Reliable high-speed internet connection ( minimum of 25 Mbps ) Fully functional laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and noise-cancelling headset Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup Comfortable working in a fully remote work environment Benefits 100% remote job working in the comforts of your home Non-toxic environment Growth potential
