Description
As  ANAVIA  continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a skilled   Avionics Technician   who is eager to contribute to the future of unmanned aviation.  In this role, you will take ownership of the following responsibilities: Key Tasks Perform sub-assembly and final-assembly tasks. Fit and install electrical systems as well as avionics systems. Collaborate with engineers, and other technicians to resolve assembly problems and improve processes. Perform system tests to ensure proper function and compliance with regulations. Maintain and follow health, safety and quality standards during the assembly process.   Competencies & Duties Working independently and responsibly. Perform tasks as described above. Proactive communication when issues arise, or help is needed. Compliance according to ANAVIA’ employment contract, compliance with company’ safety instructions and employee’ safety requirements, compliance with employers’ quality manual, work instructions and corresponding process specifications and instructions. Assure 5s behavior to drive clean, safe and efficient work processes. Completed technical education. At a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical function. Solid technical and practical understanding of mechanical, mechatronic and electrical systems. Process-oriented and structured work methods. Responsible. Good technical understanding. Good communication skills. Good language skills in English (oral and written). German desirable. Location:  On-site in Näfels | Bilten, Switzerland. Eligibility:  Swiss or EU citizens.
