We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building full-stack applications and leveraging AI code generation tools to accelerate development workflows and improve engineering efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React Build and optimise RESTful APIs and microservices Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React Integrate and effectively utilise AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance coding productivity Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in full-stack development Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks) Experience with TypeScript Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools and prompt engineering Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
