We are seeking a Workflow / Process Automation Developer to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline our content production and business workflows. This role is hands-on and embedded within our Adobe Creative Suite–based production environment, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enabling scalable media operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Adobe scripting, Python development, API integrations, and RPA/workflow automation tools, with prior exposure to media, content, or digital asset workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy workflow and process automation solutions to support content production and business operations Build automations directly within Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) Develop and maintain Adobe scripts using: ExtendScript UXP Adobe APIs Create Python-based automation scripts for: Workflow orchestration API integrations Reporting and data processing Integrate Adobe tools with DAM, CMS, cloud platforms, and third‑party services using REST APIs Implement RPA solutions using tools such as: Microsoft Power Automate UiPath Zapier or similar platforms Automate asset routing, file handling, metadata updates, publishing, and reporting Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability Document workflows, scripts, and automation logic for maintainability and knowledge sharing Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 2–7 years of experience in workflow/process automation or scripting roles Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Scripting (ExtendScript, UXP, Ad
