Description
Responsibilities: - Perform audit procedures during fieldwork under the guidance of senior auditors, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards. - Conduct analytical review procedures and various substantive audit tests for clients across different industries, both local and international. - Prepare audit working papers and documentation in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. - Assist in the evaluation of internal controls and identification of areas for improvement within clients' financial reporting processes. - Collaborate effectively with audit engagement teams to ensure timely completion of assignments and deliverables. - Participate in discussions with clients to understand their business operations and assess audit risk areas. - Maintain strong, professional working relationships with clients and team members to facilitate effective communication and client service. - Support the planning and execution of audit engagements, including inventory counts and confirmation procedures. - Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior. Job Requirements: - Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by industry. - At least 1 year working experience in an audit firm. - Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office. - Team player with strong analytical, follow-up, and time management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work within tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment.
