We are currently seeking a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join and lead our Corporate Accounting Department for the position of Audit Manager. Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements to ensure high-quality delivery within agreed deadlines Assess current financial practices and internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement Review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required Supervise and manage client deadlines in accordance with the annual financial calendar Ensure proper documentation and filing of audit working papers and related documents Plan, assign, and review audit team members’ work Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication Prepare reports requested by management, including ad hoc analysis where necessary Liaise with corporate administrators, tax authorities, and other governmental bodies when required ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in audit (preferably in a professional services firm) Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards Experience supervising and mentoring audit staff Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Why us Working in a positive environment with people from different backgrounds and nationalities Mobility & Secondment opportunities within our 21 offices in South East Europe, the Middle East and the Baltics Provident Fund Work from Home 1 day per week Increasing number of annual leave days based on experience at the company Friday afternoons off 3 weeks paternity leave Dog friendly workplace Potential development & growth through seminars, workshops and events
