Leadership Development: Develop your skills through two-way mentorship and career progression opportunities   Responsibilities: • Support technology consulting engagements across digital transformation, technology strategy, systems implementation, data, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and related areas. • Conduct research and analysis to assess business needs, technology capabilities, industry trends, and solution options. • Gather, document, and validate business, functional, technical, and user requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder consultations. • Analyze current-state systems, processes, data flows, integrations, and operating models to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Support the design of future-state processes, technology solutions, operating models, implementation roadmaps, and governance structures. • Assist with technology selection activities, including market scans, vendor assessments, requirements evaluation, and solution comparisons. • Develop clear and concise presentations, reports, process maps, requirements documents, business cases, and other client-ready deliverables. • Support system implementation and transformation initiatives through planning, testing, data migration, change readiness, deployment, and post-implementation activities. • Assist with project management activities, including work planning, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, decision logs, and action-item management. • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to clarify needs, resolve issues, and maintain alignment throughout project delivery. • Translate complex technical information into clear, practical insights for both technical and non-te
