We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets. We are seeking a passionate Associate Solution Architect to join our team. As a member of the Product Supply IT product team, you will play a role in defining, developing, and supporting how we use our D365 solution within Product Supply business areas such as Production Planning, Logistics, Inventory, as well as Development and Quality processes. You will help ensure that solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs while supporting the continued development of our system landscape and integrations. You will join the Product Supply IT product team, part of Global IT, and report directly to People Leader Lene Rhein Larsen, who is based in Hellerup. You will be based in Hellerup. Career Path This role is designed as a structured growth journey into a full Solution Architect position within approximately 3 years. You will: Start by supporting solution design, implementation activities, and stakeholder engagement Gradually take ownership of end-to-end solution designs across functional domains Develop strong architectural capabilities within D365, integrations, and system landscape design Gain deep understanding of GxP-compliant solution design and governance Take increasing responsibility for decision-making, design authority, and stakeholder alignment Within 3 years, you are expected to: Independently drive solution architecture for Product Supply domains Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership Own architecture decisions, balancing standardization, compliance, and business value Take over responsibilities aligned with a Solution Architect role Your key responsibilities will be: Support the design and evolution of scalable solutions and architecture within D365 Supply Chain processes, with focus on standardization, simplicity, automation, data quality, and usability. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust system solutions. Analyze and qualify business requirements while challenging stakeholders where relevant to mitigate risk, reduce complexity, and minimize unnecessary customizations. Contribute to solution design across Product Supply domains, including Production Planning, Logistics, Inventory, Development and Quality, data flows, and integrations. Ensure that solutions meet GxP-relevant standards and requirements, including keeping documentation in a compliant state. Participate actively in daily operations, issue handling, system improvements, and project deliveries together with the team. Qualifications and skills: You hold a relevant academic degree – which could be within Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management or something
