You will play a key role as a Media Planner with a dynamic team focused on delivering best in class campaigns. You will get the opportunity to work together with other members of the Team across branding and performance across all channels.
Skills and Experience
Responsibilities of the Role:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agency partners, and media partners.
Work with the Manager on strategy development and idea generation for campaigns.
Develop and present media plans/documents incorporating goals, recommendations, rationale, ideas, implementation, planning costs, and budget splits.
Manage and deliver the day-to-day needs of the accounts.
Develop and deliver necessary reports like media flowchart updates, budget updates, contact reports, competitive, post-campaign reports, in a timely manner.
Manage negotiation, evaluation, and recommendation of media campaign proposals
Adopt best practices around client structure, channel-wise understanding, media planning, and exposure to both offline and online tech partners.
Be familiar with campaign processes (optimization, reporting, ways of working, requirements and billing).
Work with the finance department to ensure all finance processes are adhered to and relevant data is updated.
In three months:
Be onboarded onto the account with full induction/training into all facets of the account.
Adopt best practices around client structure, channel-wise understanding, media planning, and exposure to both offline and online tech partners.
Be familiar with campaign processes (optimization, reporting, ways of working, requirements and billing).
Demonstrate mastery of all platforms and systems which power media planning
Work and collaborate closely with various internal specialist teams to ensure campaigns are managed from end-to-end ie Brief, Launch, Post Buys
In six months:
Confidently run the client account independently, meeting all KPIs, and assuming client relationship management.
Become a trusted advisor through strong justification of recommendations, strong timeline management, and delivering outcomes.
Drive the testing of new channels, formats, betas, platforms, and other innovations for our clients.
Take on more client-facing responsibilities and get involved in weekly WIP meetings, attempting to educate and share new features and services.
Assist the team in research, defining strategy to prepare presentation material.
In 12 months:
Build strong client relationships measured by feedback from Agency Scores.
Independently be able to analyze and provide insights per channel, recommendations and next steps
