Associate, Marketing This is a fully remote role to be based in Malaysia. We will prioritise candidates who are based in Malaysia and do not require a work visa sponsorship. The Associate, Marketing Operations will be responsible for: Responsible for formulating marketing plans and developing marketing strategies, for new product launch and strengthening the market penetration of product Manage campaign schedule, offer details, be responsible on offer log and project management tool on Monday.com  Execute digital marketing campaigns, develop marketing materials timely including but not limited to FB/IG ads, Google ads, eDM, T&C, campaign page creation etc. Develop campaign brief & creative brief based on direction by product marketing team, work closely with agency to ensure assets are delivered on time Monitor and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Work closely with commercial operations on marketing material asset approval, revision, launch across channels accurately and on time Regularly review the platform for content accuracy and operational efficiency Monitor and analyze market competitors and consumer insight to sharpen the marketing programs on regular basis Report any issues or discrepancies to the Product Manager and suggest improvements to streamline processes In this role, we are looking for someone with: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, digital media or related field 2+ years marketing experience, ideally campaign management and digital media planning experience preferably in finance services Hands-on experience using AI / Canva for content and visual creation Ability to thrive in fast-changing and flexible environments, driving positive change.
