Join a once-in-a-generation effort to modernize rural healthcare across Maine. This position supports a multi-year, federally funded initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization. This role will lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding, supporting more than 70 rural healthcare organizations statewide. MCD offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is based remotely within the U.S. and involves regular travel to and within Maine. This position is contingent upon confirmation of funding. Salary offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Help healthcare organizations successfully implement next-generation electronic medical records. This role combines project management, technical assistance, and provider engagement to support successful EMR modernization throughout rural Maine. Position Summary: Serves as the primary technical liaison supporting healthcare organizations through planning, implementation, project management, and adoption of EMR modernization initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate provider implementation activities  Deliver technical assistance  Conduct readiness assessments  Facilitate project planning  Track milestones  Coordinate vendor communications  Monitor implementation progress  Develop educational resources  Support workflow redesign   Escalate implementation risks  Qualifications Bachelor's degree  5–7 years of healthcare IT experience  EMR implementation experience  Project management experience  Knowledge of interoperability preferred Associate Manager & Technical Advisor (EMR Modernization) Grade Level: 6 Anticipated Salary: $103 - $112k annually
