Responsibilities: Maintain comprehensive employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies. Assist in the execution of employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience at every stage. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, corporate events, and team-building initiatives that align with the organization’s culture and values. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and adherence across the organization. Provide beginner-level support in performance management processes, such as tracking performance review timelines, collecting and collating appraisal data, and assisting managers and employees in understanding performance review procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Good understanding of HR processes, HRIS, and employment regulations. Should be proactive with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
