Built on Nobel Prize–winning science, Infleqtion develops cutting-edge hardware and platforms used by governments, enterprises, and research institutions worldwide to solve complex real-world challenges.   We are seeking an Associate Hardware Inventory Manager to support our quantum computing team by owning and scaling hardware inventory operations. This role is critical in bringing structure, visibility, and efficiency to the management of high-value hardware assets across their lifecycle. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building processes from the ground up.    Key Responsibilities: Manage the full hardware lifecycle including prototype, development, production, RMA, and disposal  Maintain accurate inventory tracking and asset visibility across all hardware components  Partner with engineering teams to track order status and hardware movement  Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)  Drive inventory forecasting and replenishment planning  Oversee receiving, kitting, and hardware allocation  Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams  Create documentation, workflows, and SOPs  Support facility moves and inventory transitions  Analyze inventory data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools  Requirements Experience in hardware inventory or asset management  Understanding of hardware lifecycle management  Experience managing BOMs and complex inventories  Ability to build processes and workflows from scratch  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  Proficiency in Excel or similar tools  Ability to collaborate cross-functionally  Willingness to work on-site full-time initially  Nice to Have: Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing teams  Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems such as SolidWorks PDM/Vault  Startup or process-building experience  Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or reporting  Benefits The targeted salary range for this role is $85,000- $105,000 depending on experience, plus eligibility to participate in our annual incentive plan.
