Our Business Support teams are essential to building and maintaining the platform that powers everything we do — combining market access, data, compute, and research infrastructure with risk management, compliance, and a full suite of business services. Our Business Support teams enable our trading and engineering teams to perform at their best. The Testing and Automation Group is responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting automation test frameworks across organisations for a variety of testing needs. We also own the responsibility of formalizing testing methodologies, analysis of failures and enforcement of quality metrics. We facilitate continuous integration and testing by creating and maintaining automation test pipelines. Responsibilities Performing accounting close procedures for Tower companies, including month end adjusting entries and analytics Performing daily monitoring and analysis of trading P&L results across global trading entities Collaborating with Tower Operations to understand and resolve breaks across global cash and NAV reconciliations Collaborating with Tower Finance Technology and Post Trade Technology to implement process improvements Assessing internal finance processes, identifying areas for improvement and articulating proposed improvements to management Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field At least 3 years of accounting experience with a mix of public, hedge fund, and financial services accounting preferred CPA or equivalent certification Strong understanding of US GAAP Strong understanding of exchange traded products and global market structure Knowledge of Oracle Cloud  and Tableau software a plus Benefits  : Tower’s headquarters are in the historic Equitable Building, right in the heart of NYC’s Financial District and our impact is global, with over a dozen offices around the world.  At Tower, we believe work should be both challenging and enjoyable.
