JASARA PMC is seeking an Associate Director to lead and oversee high-profile property development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of property development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project objectives. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to project management teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in property project management, with significant exposure to large-scale developments. Proven track record of successfully managing complex property projects within budget and schedule. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and manage diverse teams. Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or the broader Middle East region is an advantage. Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are highly desirable.
