We are looking for a brilliant Associate Director, People – an ambitious and highly capable individual who can make sure that our exceptional team are at the heart of everything we do.  Trivandi is currently in a phase of rapid growth, and as we scale, we require a Liverpool-based professional to join our small People Team who are based in Dubai, Liverpool, London and Riyadh. This role provides day-to-day support across all areas of People, ensures compliance with employment legislation, and fosters a positive, inclusive, high‑performance culture. The post-holder will partner closely with the Director of People and our leaders to shape workforce strategy, drive organisational capability, and enhance the employee experience.    Key Measures of Success:   Delivery of key People Plan deliverables and initiatives.  Improvements in colleague engagement and retention.  Effective management of ER, compliance, and people risk.  Efficient and high‑quality People Team service delivery.
