New associates start with a structured onboarding curriculum covering treatment presentation, patient communication, and clinical protocols, followed by biweekly virtual check-ins and hands-on mentorship as needed. Dr. Mortensen is happy to invest in growing your skills in molar endo, implants, or Invisalign, and the practice provides a generous CE allowance to help you close any skill gaps on your own terms.
