Assist in gathering, organizing, and maintaining traffic instructions, campaign documentation, delivery requirements, and confirmations. Monitor shared inboxes and support the team in responding to incoming requests throughout the day. Work alongside experienced members of the Ad Operations team to support campaign launches, weekly traffic updates, quarterly traffic changes, and day-to-day traffic operations while building confidence and expertise. Collaborate with Planning, Production, Media Operations, and Account teams to understand how campaigns move through each stage of execution. Maintain organized records and documentation while developing strong attention to detail. Participate in departmental projects, process documentation, and team initiatives that improve organization and operational efficiency.
