Your decisions will directly impact the safety, quality, and joy residents feel in their daily lives. What You’ll Lead and Achieve Clinical Excellence: Ensure high-quality, person-centered care that meets and exceeds standards. Team Leadership: Inspire and develop nursing staff through mentorship, education, and accountability. Regulatory Readiness: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations through proactive quality improvement. Resident Experience: Create an environment where residents feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Collaboration: Partner across departments to align care, hospitality, and overall community success. What You Bring LPN licensed required Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and, Adult First Aid from the American Red Cross and/or American Heart Association 2 years’ experience in a health care related field and successful completion of the 80-hour assisted living manager training program (Maryland only) Must be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity and sensitivities of aged and disabled persons Must be clean and well-groomed Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their job responsibilities Background check(s) consisting of a sworn statement or affirmation and criminal history check free of barrier crimes Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in long term care facility or assisted living facility (Virginia only) Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality residential information Must be proficient with a computer to include utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medication administration record (eMAR) as well as Microsoft Office What You’ll Do Supervise the assisted living nursing service program to ensure high-quality care for residents.
