Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in transforming the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a strategic and skilled Senior Specialist - HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in the management and enhancement of our HRIS, ensuring that our human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Senior Specialist in HRIS, you will take the lead in configuring and implementing HR systems, streamlining HR processes, and utilizing data analytics to support informed decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the HRIS to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Lead the implementation of new HRIS modules and enhancements, ensuring successful project management from inception to rollout. Provide expert guidance and support to HR teams in utilizing HR technology for strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Conduct data audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR information, implementing solutions for identified discrepancies. Generate complex reports and analyses to drive HR strategy and measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Facilitate training sessions for HR personnel and system users, fostering proficiency in HRIS functionalities. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and oversee system upgrades. Act as a liaison between HR and software vendors, negotiating service agreements and managing vendor relationships. Research and adopt HRIS best practices, staying updated on industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities. Support change management efforts associated with HRIS enhancements and act as a change agent within the HR team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5-7 years of experience in HRIS administration or related HR functions, with a focus on system management and analytics. Deep understanding of HRIS technology, data management, and reporting processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficient with HR reporting tools and software, including advanced Excel skills. Excellent project management abilities and experience in leading system implementations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement. Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance HR functions and the employee experience.
