Isn’t that beautiful?   Position Purpose The Assistant Beauty Education Manager is responsible for developing, delivering, and sustaining impactful training programmes that strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, service excellence, and brand standards across the retail beauty team.   This role plays a key part in enabling Beauty Advisors and retail leaders to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive sales performance, and represent the brand with confidence, expertise, and pride. Responsibilities: Training Strategy & Planning Develop and implement the annual training calendar based on business priorities, brand launches, retail needs, and performance gaps. Partner closely with Brand, Retail Operations, and Sales teams to identify training needs and align training priorities with commercial objectives. Design structured onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programmes for Beauty Advisors, Counter Managers and retail leaders. Support new store openings, brand launches, campaign activations, and key retail moments with relevant training interventions.   Product & Brand Training Deliver engaging product, brand, and service training to ensure the retail team has strong knowledge of product benefits, usage, ingredients, rituals, and brand storytelling. Translate brand guidelines and product information into practical selling tools and customer-facing conversations. Ensure Beauty Advisors can confidently recommend products based on customer needs, skin concerns, lifestyle, and preferences. Maintain consistency in brand image, service standards, grooming, and customer experience across all retail touchpoints.   Selling Skills & Service Excellence Train and coach retail teams on consultation skills, customer engagement, clienteling, cross-selling, up-selling, objection handling, and closing techniques. Reinforce luxury service behaviours and customer experience standards through classroom training, floor coaching, and role-play. Support the development of a service mindset that balances commercial results with genuine customer care.
