This is a 12 months contract role, working on an automotive client.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Asset Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, agencies, and partners to manage projects and all content deliverables. This includes handling metadata and usage rights for all assets. You need a deep understanding of the asset production process (print, digital, video) and strong experience with agency workflows, from initial creative brief to final asset delivery. You will also need to understand the fundamentals of digital rights management, usage, and rights clearance.
We're looking for a service-oriented, energetic, and proactive individual who excels at building relationships. You'll represent WPP Production, interacting with various agencies, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker, eager to tackle challenges, and a passionate champion of process adherence and continuous improvement, with a strong enthusiasm for supporting transformative initiatives and leveraging innovative technology and AI.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Work with clients, agency teams, and partners to manage assets delivered for DAM ingest, validate, prioritize and oversee assignment to librarian team.
Facilitate and manage requests to repurpose content, verifying all appropriate usage rights and releases.
Work within Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools to ensure all finished and raw assets have been curated with complete metadata and are available for repurposing.
Work closely with rights and licensing on rights clearance and licensing needs.
Identify missing and needed assets and timeline to receive them, including digital rights, licensing, and usage information of all assets.
Oversight, organization, and management of a very active team inbox.
Serve as the central point of contact across agencies and client partners to provide project status.
Develop and enforce processes for managing and curating produced assets.
Identify ways to improve efficiency by promoting asset management tools throughout the content lifecycle.
Demonstrate proper use of all asset tools, support users, and encourage their adoption.
Help identify and implement improvements to work processes, team performance, systems, and asset quality.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
In-depth experience with Enterprise-level Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
Familiarity with other production/marketing technologies like DRM (Digital Rights Management), MAM (Media Asset Management)
