Job Description/Summary Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers.  Ensure that productivity, quality and safety goal are met or exceeded   Essential Functions Recommends improvements in production, methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to Interpret company policies and procedures for employees. Maintain operations data such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment Recommend personnel actions such as discipline and promotions.     Competencies and Abilities Coaching and Development - Ability to provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
