As we continue to grow, we are looking for a qualified Bulk Analyst to join our laboratory team. Job Details As a Bulk Analyst, you will play a key role within our laboratory operation, carrying out asbestos bulk sample analysis and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to support client projects across the UK. Working within a UKAS-accredited laboratory environment, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and technical accuracy. What you will do Analyse asbestos bulk samples using approved laboratory techniques and procedures. Accurately identify asbestos-containing materials and produce detailed analytical reports. Ensure all laboratory work is completed in accordance with UKAS requirements and HSG248 guidance. Maintain accurate records and laboratory documentation. Support quality control processes and participate in internal audits where required. Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. Prioritise workloads to meet client deadlines and business requirements. Work collaboratively with surveyors, analysts and the wider operational team. Who you are BOHS P401 qualification (Identification of Asbestos in Bulk Samples). Previous experience working within an asbestos laboratory environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate results. Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good IT and report-writing skills. Understanding of UKAS standards and asbestos regulations.
