We have an industry-unique opportunity to provide our client partners with a fully integrated offering across brand experience, customer  experience  and commerce practices — powered by deep data and technology experience.    For more information, visit  www.vml.com   Roles & Responsibilities:   Design visually compelling content for brands across mainline and digital platforms; including brand management and advertising campaigns.    Work with internal teams to align on a creative direction and deliver assets.   Participate in ideation and work in a collaborative approach to deliver as per timelines.   Stay updated on current design trends and technology to incorporate in designs effectively.    Skills & Competencies:   Motion design experience is a must. Graduate/PG (preferably from design college) with 2-4 years of Designing experience (Digital preferred).   Prior working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other graphic softwares.   Ability to multi-task and focus to deliver as per timelines.   Collaborate with teams, receptive to feedback and appetite for growth.   A curious mind with the passion to create unique, impactful designs.   We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
