Description
Responsible for managing the Euroland Outlets’ budgets and service opportunities, in addition to achieving optimal service levels related to quality, cost and customer satisfaction line with Euroland Policies & Procedures Key Roles and Responsibilities ₋ Assist in the development of the Euroland Brands budgets and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities. ₋ Implement the Operation Department’s established policies and procedures and comply with Euroland stores other policies. ₋ Ensures that Euroland Outlets and their premises are maintained in line with the company’s brand identity, brand guidelines and policies and procedures. ₋ Set and ensure the achievement of the sales targets and take required action to improve sales performance. ₋ Measure and report sales and profit performance on a regular basis. ₋ Ensure all store orders are delivered on time and as per store needs. ₋ Ensure stores are maintained as per Euroland standards and Policies and Procedures. ₋ Ensure that store sell through rates of all Euroland SKUs meets Euroland set strategic plans and implement any corrective action for underperforming SKUs. ₋ Maintain and continuously improve levels of customer service, in order to ensure customer retention. ₋ Monitor adherence to health, safety and security standards, including environmental health, and any other legal requirements as needed within Euroland outlets. ₋ Monitor Euroland Outlets’ cost control procedures for labour, equipment maintenance, damages and returns. ₋ Initiate immediate corrective action, when necessary, in line with the set policies and procedures. ₋ Contribute to short and long-term planning for the department, including initiatives geared toward achieving operational excellence. ₋ Maintain awareness of market and competitor activities and recommend strategies for minimizing their impact. ₋ Make recommendations for the objectives of the brands and Euroland Outlet SOPs. ₋ Analyse strengths and weaknesses of each Euroland outlet and provide corrective action plans as deemed necessary. ₋ Ensure that graphics and visual merchandise standards are adhered to and are utilized across all stores reflecting the brand image. ₋ Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager. ₋ Investigate, manage inputs and recommend action to be taken when there are weaknesses in internal controls, or compliance issues with set policies and procedures. ₋ Conduct annual employee performance appraisal of Euroland outlet employees. ₋ Prepare the annual manpower plan and coordinate with HR on all recruiting activities for Euroland Outlets. ₋ Ensure training needs of employees are identified and recommend relevant training initiatives that will assist in building a highly professional and knowledgeable workforce. ₋ Develop and submit regular and special reports to the Dire
