Kepak Group, one of Europe's leading food producers, is currently seeking an Area Leader to join its team. As an individual who is passionate about food production, the Area Leader will oversee and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality are at their peak. Working Hours: 35 hours with the possibility of overtime based on operational needs. Rotating 4-day week (Monday to Saturday) with rotating AM/PM weekly shift pattern. AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM PM Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:00 AM Responsibilities Oversee and monitor production processes to ensure ranges are fully operational and running to schedule Lead a team of operational staff within the production unit Allocate resources to manufacturing schedules and prioritize work flow for efficient operation Ensure timely and accurate reporting of production data Work with other departments such as Maintenance, NPD and Quality to ensure seamless processes Implement and monitor all hygiene and food safety requirements Train, develop and motivate the team to ensure delivery of optimal performance
