Role Summary: As part of our Finance function, the AR Analyst will compute, classify, record, and verify financial data to support accurate and timely financial reporting. Core Role Duties: - Learn full cycle Accounting, including mastery of either accounts payable or accounts receivable. - Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting. - Assist with the accounts receivable and/or accounts payable. - Review, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies (with guidance from management) in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, maturely and professionally. - Daily processing of cash deposits and competent on the use of basic Treasury reporting systems. - Maintain customer and vendor data. - Match invoices and receiving documents to purchase orders. - Assist in weekly payments and check disbursements. - Assist with month-end and year-end close. - Maintains relationships with vendors and internal business partners.
