  Application Support Analyst Background Our client is a global leader in qualification verification operating for over 10 years, helping organisations protect themselves from academic and professional fraud. Their platform is simple to implement, easy to use, and delivers an excellent experience for both users and applicants. Organisations save time and money, while applicants transition seamlessly into new roles or academic opportunities. They are growing rapidly and their customers are seeking additional products and services, this is where you come in. What We're Looking For A talented IT-focused individual who wants to join an experienced team Strong communicator who can explain complex systems clearly Ability to understand systems, applications, and processes end-to-end Knowledge of databases, networks, and security aligned with ISO27001 standards Proactive ownership of issues across software, hardware, and networks Key Responsibilities Provide second-line application support, investigating and resolving technical issues Troubleshoot and identify defects across applications, data, and processes Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and applications Support product and technical teams in testing and release activities Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base and business continuity documentation Manage and monitor servers to ensure system availability and performance Monitor system performance and resolve data or configuration issues as needed Evaluate user feedback and recommend system enhancements Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Knowledge of ISO27001 standards Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Experience working with stakeholders Strong communication skills Key Skills & Knowledge Deep understanding of how applications and subsystems interact Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical skills to identify root causes from ambiguous problems Desirable Skills Experience with cloud-based environments and migrations What You'll Gain Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced organisation where no two days are the same A collaborative environment where your ideas influence product development A culture with minimal hierarchy—focused on contribution and innovation Continuous learning through exposure to new technologies and challenges Ability to showcase and expand your technical and problem-solvin
