We're looking for a structured and solution-oriented Analytics Engineer to join our Tech & Data team. Someone who gets excited about building reliable, scalable data infrastructure and unlocking insights that drive smarter decisions across the company. The impact you’ll make You’ll own and improve our data platform, keeping it fast, scalable, and trustworthy You’ll model the data that teams rely on every day to make better decisions You’ll help prepare Parfumado for future growth by laying a rock-solid data foundation What you’ll do Maintain and develop our data architecture to ensure reliability and performance Design and optimise scalable data models in Snowflake and dbt Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Fivetran or custom Python code Model subscription and ecommerce metrics including MRR, churn, cohort retention, LTV, and payback period Build and maintain marketing attribution models across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliate) Integrate data from our commerce platform, subscription billing, CRM, and ad platforms Translate business questions into practical data solutions and insightful dashboards Monitor data quality and proactively fix issues before they impact teams Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to connect data needs to solutions Mentor a junior Data Analyst Support a data-driven culture by improving documentation and making data more accessible What we offer A salary between €5,000-€6,000 per month (depending on experience) A flexible Alleo budget you can use for Felyx, Treatwell, Uber Eats, ClassPass, Peakz Padel and more Discounts at Adidas, Zalando, NAK-D and other top brands via our Corporate Benefits platform A healthy and delicious team lunch at our office Fun team activities and offsites throughout the year 25 vacation days plus an extra day off on your birthday A bike plan via Swapfiets A MacBook laptop Pension plan €750 annual training budget for personal development And of course, your choice of monthly perfume. What you bring Here's what we're looking for in our new Analytics Engineer: 4–6 years professional experience in data engineering or analytics engineering Background in e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based businesses Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data warehouse design Hands-on coding experience in Python (or similar) for building pipelines Experience modeling web analytics and customer behavior data, including web/app event streams (GA4, Segment, or similar) and customer journey data Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran Experience working with dashboard tools (we use Tableau) Pragmatic and structured mindset, able to balance speed with reliability Ownership mentality; you thrive in a lean and fast-paced environment Bonus if you also bring: Experience with cloud-based functions (e.g. Azure Functions or similar) Understanding of recommender systems and monitoring pipeline health Interested?
