Job Title Videography Consultant (Digital Videography) Duration: February 2024 – Present Role Overview The Videography Consultant (Digital Videography) partners with internal stakeholders and leadership to deliver high‑quality, engaging video content that supports business objectives. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end video production, translating complex and technical topics into compelling visual stories, while ensuring alignment with global brand standards. Key Responsibilities Partner with internal departments to review, refine, and shape video storylines, advising on production feasibility and proposing creative enhancements. Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to align video storytelling with organizational goals, strengthening the clarity and impact of internal communications. Produce, direct, and deliver over 60 internal videos, transforming technical or complex subjects into engaging and accessible narratives. Manage end‑to‑end creative execution, including concept development, storyboarding, motion design, animation, filming, and post‑production. Ensure all video content adheres to global brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and narrative standard. Continuously improve production workflows to increase delivery speed and efficiency, while sharing best practices and creative guidance with colleagues. Provide occasional graphic design support to internal teams, including mockups, digital banners, and presentation enhancements. Requirements Skills & Expertise Strong expertise in digital videography, video direction, and post‑production. Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging visual stories. Solid experience in motion graphics, animation, and storyboarding. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including working with senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Working knowledge of brand governance and applying global brand standards across creative outputs.
