In this role, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with a strong business mindset, working across software development, AI architecture, and customer collaboration. You’ll help customers identify where AI creates real value and design solutions that are both technically solid and commercially meaningful. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying close to the code while also helping customers and teams make the right technical and architectural decisions. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, software engineers, and data experts to shape AI solutions that scale beyond proof-of-concepts and deliver measurable impact. You know you’ve succeeded when customers clearly understand the value of AI, solutions make it into production, and your work creates meaningful outcomes for both the business and its users. Our customer base and projects are broad and diverse, ranging from startups to globally operating enterprises, and from early-stage AI experiments to large-scale production solutions. You'll work in both advisory-focused engagements and hands-on delivery projects where Vincit takes full responsibility for the solution. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities: ☘️ Building AI solutions – designing and implementing production-grade AI applications, integrations, and agentic workflows together with development teams ☘️ Acting as a technical lead – ensuring technical quality, clarity, and scalability throughout the delivery lifecycle ☘️ Designing scalable architectures – creating technical blueprints and solution architectures for modern AI and cloud-native applications ☘️ Consulting customers on AI opportunities – helping clients identify where AI can create genuine business value ☘️ Leading discovery and proof-of-concepts – facilitating workshops, technical discovery sessions, and validating new ideas quickly ☘️ Supporting sales and business development – shaping proposals and acting as a trusted technical expert in customer discussions ☘️ Translating complexity into business value – communicating AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences ☘️ Sharing knowledge and mentoring others – supporting colleagues across engineering, design, and data disciplines What are we looking for? 🔍 You’ll do well in this role if you enjoy solving real business problems with technology. You’re comfortable moving between hands-on development, architectural thinking, and customer discussions, and you know how to translate technical possibilities into practical outcomes. You’re also curious by nature and excited to keep learning — whether that means experimenting with the latest AI capabilities, exploring new cloud services, or finding better ways to build scalable AI solutions. Your background 🎯 Strong software engineering background, ideally in web development, cloud-native applications, or distributed systems 🎯 Strong experience designing and building AI-powered applications or solutions 🎯 Experience with modern agentic AI patterns, workflows, and development practices 🎯 Experience working with customer-facing projects or consultancy environments 🎯 Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and their AI capabilities 🎯 Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure AI Foundry, or similar technologies 🎯 Ability to combine technical expertise with business understanding 🎯 Strong communication skills across both technical and business audiences 🎯 Strong proficiency in English
