Learn more at omaze.de http://omaze.de. 🔑 About The Job As our AI Enablement Specialist, you will be the first embedded member of Omaze’s AI Operations team in Germany. Working closely with teams across the business, you will identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery through AI, automation, and smarter ways of working. You will act as the bridge between our global AI Operations team and local stakeholders, helping teams adopt modern tools, embrace new ways of working, and deliver measurable business impact. This is not a traditional engineering role. While you should be comfortable building automations and prototypes, your success will be defined by your ability to understand business problems, influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and help teams work smarter. You will report into the Global AI Operations team and work closely with colleagues across Germany and the UK to support Omaze’s broader AI transformation journey. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Understand Business Workflows - Partner with teams across Germany to understand workflows, challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. - Facilitate discovery sessions and map current processes. - Identify opportunities where AI, automation, or better tooling can create measurable impact. - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business. Enable AI Adoption - Support teams in adopting AI-enabled tools and workflows already being rolled out globally. - Deliver training, workshops, and coaching sessions that build confidence and capability. - Create practical guidance, playbooks, and examples that help teams integrate AI into their day-to-day work. - Champion responsible experimentation and continuous learning. Build & Prototype Solutions - Design and implement automations, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions. - Rapidly prototype ideas using AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and workflow automation softwares. - Work with the wider AI Operations team to scale successful local initiatives into broader business solutions. - Measure outcomes and continuously improve implementations. Drive Operational Improvement - Identify opportunities to simplify processes and remove manual work. - Support high-impact initiatives across functions including production, operations, marketing, customer experience, and corporate teams. - Help teams focus on higher-value work by reducing repetitive administrative effort. - Contribute to larger global AI transformation programmes alongside the UK AI team. Act as the AI Team Representative in Germany - Serve as the local face of the AI Operations team. - Build strong relationships across the organisation and proactively surface opportunities, challenges, and feedback. - Bring local insights and opportunities back to the global AI team to influence priorities and future initiatives. - Help ensure successful adoption of new tools and ways of working without becoming the long-term owner of those tools 🫵 About You - Naturally curious and passionate about understanding how
