Description
Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. Restaurant365’s culture is focused on empowering team members to produce top-notch results while elevating their skills. We’re constantly evolving and improving to make sure we are and always will be “Best in Class” ... and we want that for you too!
Restaurant365 is seeking an AI Data FP&A Analyst to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team as a builder and definitional owner embedded at the intersection of finance and applied AI. This role exists to drive AI application development — grounded in a deep understanding of SaaS FP&A metrics — and to drive business process and metric-definition consistency across the FP&A organization, turning board-level and internal KPIs into working, governed intelligence.
Claude is our AI platform, so this is a hands-on development role. You will build and ship Claude-powered applications that make financial metrics faster to produce, easier to trust, and available on demand to leaders across the company. Your edge is the combination: you understand what ARR, CMRR, NRR, and GRR actually mean and how they roll up to the board, you can enforce that they mean the same thing everywhere, and you can build the applications that calculate and explain them. You read and reason about SQL well enough to validate logic and partner tightly with engineers — who own the pipeline build itself.
You will work in a dedicated pod alongside a Senior Data Engineer, driving business metrics together — you own the metric definitions, the business process, and the AI applications, while the engineer owns the pipeline and semantic-layer implementation. The center of this role is ownership of the FP&A metric definitions, the business process behind them, and the AI applications that surface them to finance and executive stakeholders.
