So does discipline. You’ll work with a strong team on real problems from day one. You’ll get support when you need it, and ownership when you’re ready for it. We move fast, use AI as a default, and focus on helping you build good engineering habits early. This is a 3-month full-time paid internship. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Delivers small tools/features with support from the team. - Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers. - Operate in small, highly autonomous teams. - Learn how to use AI agents for specs, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration. - Take part in the improvements of our internal agent network and development workflows. - Focus on user and business outcomes, not output.
