As our Affiliate Network Builder , you will be the lead architect of our partnership engine, identifying, recruiting, and managing a high-performance network of affiliates and influencers who will champion our products to a global audience. Core Responsibilities Identify and recruit high-impact affiliates, influencers, and community leaders within the crypto and fintech sectors to promote our software suite. Design and implement competitive commission structures and incentive programs that drive long-term partner loyalty and performance. Manage the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle, providing partners with the necessary marketing assets, technical support, and product education. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, using data to optimize conversion rates and identify high-potential growth opportunities. Act as the primary point of communication for the network, ensuring all affiliates are aligned with brand guidelines and up to date on product releases. Requirements 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or business development. Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate networks, ideally within the crypto, SaaS, or gaming industries. Strong networking and relationship-management skills with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape. Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and crypto-native payment or reward systems. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse, global network of partners across various time zones.
