ABOUT THE ROLE As Fjällräven’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our PLM Data in Centric. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role will involve working efficiently with internal stakeholders as well as being able to proactively drive your own tasks. This fulltime, 4 days a week in the office, opportunity is based from our Solna office in Stockholm and reports to the Global Sourcing & Material Director. This position is available right away and is a 2-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. WHAT YOU WILL DO In more detail you will focus on the following: Handle large volumes of data and input information into our PLM system. Rebuild the Material Library. Add images for all materials. Collect certificates, information, and/or documentation from our material suppliers. Assist in creating and updating articles in our PLM system. Assist with uploading material documentation to our PLM system. Support the Material team with day-to-day activities related to maintaining PLM data. WHO YOU ARE We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities: Previous experience in administration or data entry, with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel. Flexible and able to effectively manage priorities while ensuring deadlines are met. Experience working with a PLM system, particularly Centric, is highly advantageous.
