Responsibilities
Provide administrative support
Process tax returns using e-filing process
Scan and organize documents in SharePoint and GoFileRoom
Cultivate relationships and maintain contact with company clients
Function as a backup for other Administrative Assistants within the group and support other team activities as directed
Handle incoming calls proficiently and follow through regarding issues raised with appropriate parties
Develop a good working relationship with all levels of staff
Handle sensitive/confidential information requiring a high level of discretion
Desired Qualifications
Relevant experience supporting executives in a professional services environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including excellent grammar and proofreading abilities
Excellent technology skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and interest in learning additional software packages as needed
Tax program knowledge is a plus
Ability to develop own processes and follow through with them
Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making
Ability to anticipate problems and act accordingly
Time management skills - ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to take initiative, be assertive and maintain confidence
Professional demeanor
Organizational skills and detail oriented nature
