The Position We are seeking an  Administrative Assistant to provide administrative assistance to our Office Administrator within a fast-paced law firm environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Office Administrator and assist with daily office operations. Manage calendars, prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Draft, prepare, and distribute meeting agendas and related materials. Assist with employee communications and reminders. Assist with basic financial and administrative processes, vendor invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork. Assist with the preparation of onboarding documentation for new employees. Assist with scheduling and coordination of new attorneys’ photo sessions and coordination.   Assist with coordination of Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions office events, including scheduling and room reservations. Help organize firm office events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. Assist with file inventory and comply with file storage processes.   Serve as backup support for other general administrative duties and provide cross-functional support as needed. Qualifications Must have a high school diploma Strong computer and keyboarding skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical Clear and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily Must be able to work independently and be proactive Good problem-solving, planning, confidentiality, and time management skills are important Ability to work well in a team environment Wilson Elser offers a competitive salary and benefits package designed to support our attorneys both professionally and personally. A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.  This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
