WHAT’S THE MISSION YOU’LL DRIVE Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliation for the SaaS and the bank’s financial operations. The Accounting Analyst will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data, improving reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting the company’s overall financial health. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Ensure 100% accuracy in weekly supplier and partner reports, delivered on time. - Provide timely and accurate support for all tax-related requests, with a 100% satisfaction rate from internal and external stakeholders, within the first 5 days after the end month. - Actively support internal and external requirements, receiving positive feedback on organization and responsiveness. - Reduce the month-end close process to 8/9 calendar day within the first six months. - Efficiently manage the reconciliation of assigned accounts, completing them within the 6 calendar day. - Implement at least two process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, with measurable reductions in processing time. - Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets areas, delivering insightful financial analysis that contributes to key initiatives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience in Accounting - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. - At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting processing in a medium or large organization - Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and other relevant accounting standards. - Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, preferably Netsuite). - Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools. Outstanding Analytical and Process enhancement skills - High level of accuracy in preparing financial reports and reconciliations. - Strategic AI Integration (Crucial): Proactively identifies, designs, and executes process improvements by integrating AI and automation tools. - Ability to run compl
