ABOUT THE COMPANY Passage Health is a fast-growing Series A startup on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through technology. Autism diagnosis rates have surged over the past decade to 1 in 31 children, yet families still face waitlists of up to a year for care as providers—hampered by antiquated technology and manual workflows—struggle to meet surging demand. Over the past year, Passage has grown more than 3x, driven by strong customer demand and expanding partnerships across the autism care ecosystem. As we scale, we’re focused on building durable foundations—the systems, processes, and decision-making needed to support long-term growth. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As our Accountant, you’ll own the day-to-day accounting operations that keep Passage Health running — month end close, billing and invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll — working closely with our Head of Finance. You’ll be the first point of contact for client billing questions and a key partner to our sales, operations, and clinical teams. This is a high-ownership role on a lean finance team, with full visibility into the business and real room to shape the systems and processes behind it as we scale. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, providing insights to management. - Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments. - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. - Oversee payroll management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely processing. - Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and software. - Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
