Your mission As ANAVIA continues its rapid growth, we are seeking an ambitious Accountant who is eager to contribute to the future of unmanned aviation. Key Tasks: Financial Accounting: Independently process accounts payable, including the verification, coding and posting of supplier invoices. Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and monitoring incoming payments. Post daily financial transactions in the general ledger. Prepare journal entries and periodic accruals. Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and balance sheet accounts. Maintain the fixed asset register, including asset capitalization and depreciation. Prepare VAT returns and support other statutory reporting requirements. Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure proper and complete accounting records in accordance with internal policies and applicable accounting regulations. Financial Reporting & Controlling Support: Assist in maintaining regular management reports and financial dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities on project, product and customer level. Oversee internal cost allocations, cost center reporting, and variance tracking. Contribute to cost control initiatives and monitor departmental spending and maintain internal financial controls and procedures. Cost Accounting and Reporting: Support cost center and cost object accounting. Assist with internal cost allocations. Prepare standard reports and reconciliations. Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes. Maintain and manage financial master data within the ERP system. Other Responsibilities: Act as the contact person for accounting-related matters for EDGE Finance and ANAVIA departments. Support internal and external audits. Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of finance processes. Perform general administrative tasks within the Finance Department. Your profile Education: Completed commercial vocational training, complemented by further education in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification. Experience: Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting. Solid knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting. Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes. Experience in cost accounting is an advantage. Skills: Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
