Account Supervisors must be proactive in running initiatives while still being a team player and supporting the account team with delivering on client expectations. Account Supervisors will focus on developing their strategic planning skills by assisting Account Directors or Senior Account Directors in building workshops and writing strategic and tactical plans.   What You’ll Do Oversee the team in managing ongoing project progress, content and client priorities and know where projects are at all times. Ensure delivery of high-quality communication products, on time and on budget, while managing and ensuring quality of our services to Clients (attention to detail, updated status and budget reports, organized communication, responsiveness) Support the Account Director in developing the brand strategy, and ensure all projects link back to strategy Review project briefs and develop IMPACT briefs as required Coordinate efforts of the projects between creative, studio, clients, programmers etc. and manage/adjust priorities in partnership with the Account Director Support the Account Director in managing day-to-day on accounts, ensuring a positive relationship with clients and prepare proposals for new business or new ideas Ensure financial follow-up and billing requests internally (including budgets recaps and flagging overages to Account Directors in a timely fashion) Assist Account Directors in workshop planning, brand planning
