In this role, you will handle B2B accounts across business, education, and leisure, turning hot opportunities into confirmed bookings with speed and precision. You will spend your days keeping partners happy, managing Salesforce data, and working alongside our Revenue and Community teams to keep our spaces buzzing. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.    What You’ll Do   Handle incoming requests and leads quickly to deliver competitive, winning offers.    Build lasting relationships with business, education, and leisure partners to drive repeat bookings.    Draft and process rate agreements, proposals, and contracts with sharp accuracy.    Keep partner data clean and current in Salesforce and internal systems.    Team up with Revenue, Reservations, and Community crews to align on rates and guest perks.    Check in regularly with key accounts to spot renewal and upselling opportunities.    Keep an eye on local market rates to keep our offers attractive and smart.    Join in on local community events to keep our partner network thriving.    What You’ll Have   You bring 2 to 4 years of operational sales experience within Meeting & Events or a Hotel setting under your belt.    You hold a post-secondary degree.    You have solid experience managing partner relationships and spotting upselling opportunities.    You bring strong organizational skills and top-tier attention to detail for handling contracts and rates.    You have hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.    You bring excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.    What We Offer   The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
