What You'll Do: Translate the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with teams members on required deliverables and manage client expectations. Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them Managing and overviewing progress and delivering the client's projects Maintaining agency quality standards, performing SOP, and leading the team collaboration Updating and managing client's expectations about the progress of solutions/projects from the agency identifying business performance for handling brands and initiating suggestions for the Account Director Analyzing work performance and result for a client, and initiating the requirements or next step. Monitoring, managing, and chasing work progress Supervising Account Executive, grooming process: delegating, training, and preparing talent Delivering presentations, including business review, competition analysis, industry trends, etc. Determine goals and establish annual budgets for clients handled Provide agency brief for agency respective colleagues according to solution/project necessity Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Minimum 4 years experience Prefer a digital creative agency experience Have a working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords (or willing to learn fast on this) Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written Able to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, environment Desire to drive continuous improvement Lastly we want you to be truly interested in account management and passionate about what you do We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
